If you made it here, I already like you a little. Or at least I’m curious about you — which is basically the same thing.
Can I tell you this: I’ve never really fit into the life I was supposed to live. Not that it was wrong — it just never felt fully mine. And for a long time, I tried anyway. Tried to make things work that didn’t feel right. Stayed in places I had already outgrown. Said yes when something in me was clearly saying… absolutely not.
I grew up in Dresden, lived in Berlin and Munich, spent a chapter in Bali, and landed in Frankfurt am Main about two years ago. Each city left a mark, but the people I met along the way left a much bigger one.
I studied Media and Communication Management in Munich with a focus on Business Psychology, because I was always more interested in why people choose what they choose than in the choices themselves. Then I spent ten years in the software industry, as an Account Executive and Key Account Manager. Which is really just a polished way of saying I spent a decade asking people what they actually needed and then making sure they got it.
What that decade taught me is simple. The product was never the point. The people were. Their stories, what gets them up in the morning, what they care about deeply enough to keep doing every day even when no one is watching. That is what kept me curious.
I am extroverted by nature, carrying, fun, and most alive when things are moving forward. I love growth and evolution, in people, in projects, in myself. Staying in something I have already outgrown has just never been my thing. I deeply love sharing things. I love introducing people to other people. And I genuinely believe the best things in your life will come through someone you trust.
That is why A-Collective exists. After years of building my own little universe of people whose work changed how I think, work and live, it felt wrong to keep them to myself. They are coaches, founders, strategists, artists. And all of them are people I would call when something actually matters.
